About Role:
Raise is hiring 2 Engineering Recruiters to support Direct Sourcing Program. These roles specialize in sourcing petroleum engineers, civil engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and instrumentation technicians across multiple disciplines. You will work across multiple geographies (Texas, Alberta, and other North American locations), execute rapid turnaround candidate slates, and own accountability for fill rates on a portfolio of high-priority contingent requisitions. Both roles are critical to scaling Raise's mid-market MSP capability and demonstrating ExxonMobil partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source petroleum engineers, civil engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and instrumentation technicians using Boolean search, professional networks, and industry databases
· Execute 48-hour exclusivity cycles: deliver qualified, vetted candidate profiles to hiring managers within SLA windows
· Participate in spotlight job intake calls with ExxonMobil project teams to understand technical requirements, project scope, and hiring urgency
· Manage candidate interview feedback and pipeline iteration: adjust sourcing focus based on hiring manager input and candidate performance
· Build and maintain deep talent pools segmented by discipline, geographic region, and seniority level
· Coordinate with Raise delivery & curation team to ensure candidate quality and seamless placement transitions
· Track weekly sourcing metrics: candidates sourced, qualified, submitted, and placed; fill rate progress against targets
· Escalate blockers or process gaps to account leadership and suggest operational solutions
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years recruiting engineers or technical professionals within competitive agency environments (oil and gas, energy, construction, manufacturing, or utilities preferred)
· Demonstrated expertise sourcing petroleum engineers, civil engineers, or electrical engineers
· Proficiency in Boolean search and technical ATS platforms
· Ability to work in high-volume, rapid-turnaround environments (48-hour SLAs)
· Strong communication skills with technical hiring managers and non-technical business partners
· Track record of building and scaling talent pools using relationship-based recruitment methodologies to support large-scale hiring programs
· Willingness to take ownership of fill rate accountability and report progress transparently
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Oil & Gas industry or similar Fortune 100 energy companies
· Knowledge of petroleum engineering disciplines (drilling, production, reservoir, completions)
· Familiarity with Canada & US labor regulations (Alberta oil and gas specifically a plus)
· Experience with direct sourcing, RPO, or MSP models
