Communications Specialist – SAP Plus Program
- Pay Rate: $55.15/hour, depending on experience
- Contract Length: 16 months
- Location: Calgary, Alberta
Raise is currently hiring a Communications Specialist – SAP Plus Program on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is one of North America's leading energy infrastructure companies with operations in natural gas, oil and power industries throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Create the strategic approach to communications and engagement for the SAP Plus program.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to support the SAP Plus Program's objectives.
- Build and manage the 90-day rolling communications and engagement plan.
- Create, edit, and distribute communication materials including program updates.
- Draft and refine senior-leadership messaging, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate communication efforts between internal teams, external partners, and board members.
- Build communications best practices and consistency across all functional areas on the program.
- Maintain consistent branding and tone across all program communications.
- Build effective partnerships with the Change Specialists on the program.
- Identify opportunities and plan for large-scale engagement events for the program (e.g., roadshows).
- Translate and adapt communications and training materials between English and Spanish as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+years of experience in communications and engagement for multi-national organizations.
- Proven experience in program-level communications or corporate governance support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
