  • Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3 days on site with some flexibility required when needed)
  • Pay Rate: $46.18/hr – $54.53/hr
  • Contract Length: 12 Months with possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities:

Content Project Management:

  • Drive the development of key content projects from ideation to execution, working with key stakeholders to bring programs to life. 
  • Coordinate efforts around priority pieces for all priority LOBs, advancing coordination of information, SEO best practices, and content development.
  • Lead content related site improvements, translating product development needs into actionable onsite deployments

Content Calendar Coordination:

  • Act as coordinator of the Personal Banking content calendar across onsite and video assets, ensuring timely deployment of content. 
  • Keep the team aligned on deliverables, driving content efficiency, coordinating assets across lines of business, and ensuring key deadlines.

Content Frameworks & Best Practices:

  • Create and maintain content frameworks and playbooks covering editorial standards, content formats, channel-specific guidance, and optimization principles. 
  • Build and refine tonal guidelines and brand voice standards that enable teams to produce content that's both authentic to their audience and aligned with the broader Client brand.

Content Development:

  • Generate content directly when organizational priorities, speed-to-market requirements, or capability gaps make direct production the right call.
  • Support Sr. Manager, YouTube with video content development.

Budget Tracking:

  • Manage end-to-end oversight of internal and external marketing budgets — including monthly re-forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and stakeholder updates

Must-have Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience creating content in highly regulated environments, with the judgment to navigate compliance and governance with confidence.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern SEO and semantic search principles, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, actionable guidance for non-technical writers and marketers.
  • Excellent writing skills across a range of formats and tones, with the ability to produce polished financial content directly when required.
  • A data-driven approach to content: proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush) to evaluate content performance and translate findings into practical team guidance.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to act independently — someone who takes ownership of outcomes, not just activities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across LOBs, digital, and platform teams.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Editorial background in media.
