Responsabilités
- Agir en tant que conseiller GPSM pour l'entreprise.
- Démontrer une mentalité stratégique d'entreprise, établir une présence au niveau exécutif et équilibrer simultanément les intérêts de plusieurs parties prenantes.
- Co-rédiger et exécuter des stratégies de catégorie tout en débloquant des synergies potentielles entre les catégories. Établir/Maintenir un pipeline pluriannuel d'opportunités dans les catégories et fonctions concernées.
- Diriger l'exécution, par une approche collaborative et inclusive, d'une stratégie d'approvisionnement technologique mondiale pour les catégories assignées qui répond aux priorités de la stratégie produit et commerciale de l'entreprise.
- Construire et maintenir des modèles d'analyse complexes pour permettre des décisions basées sur les données sur des projets d'approvisionnement complexes.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie qui impactent la stratégie d'approvisionnement technologique grâce à des services de conseil externes, des ressources internes et de bonnes relations de travail avec les fournisseurs stratégiques existants et émergents.
- Participer et appliquer des initiatives d'amélioration et coacher les membres juniors de l'équipe.
Notre candidat idéal a:
- Diplôme de licence en commerce, ingénierie, droit ou toute autre discipline pertinente.
- Au moins 7 ans d'expérience

Responsibilities:
- Act as a GPSM Advisor to the business.
- Demonstrate a strategic business mindset, establish an executive-level presence, and balance multiple stakeholder interests simultaneously.
- Co-draft and execute category strategies while unlocking potential cross-category synergies. Establish/Maintain a multi-year pipeline of opportunities across in-scope categories and functions
- Lead execution, through a collaborative and inclusive approach, of a global technology sourcing strategy for assigned categories that delivers against corporate Product Technology and business strategy priorities.
- Build and maintain complex analysis models to enable data-driven decisions on complex sourcing projects.
- Keep abreast of industry trends that impact the technology sourcing strategy through external advisory services, internal resources, and good working relationships with existing and emerging strategic vendors.
- Participate and enforce improvement initiatives and coach junior team members.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, law, or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Product Technology Procurement.
- Experience in negotiation and in leading vendor selection processes.
- Functional Competencies: Communication, Influence, Digital Dexterity, Information Navigation, Intellectual Curiosity, and Value Creation
- Role-Based Competency: Collaboration, Financial Acumen, Problem Solving, Negotiation.
