eComm Management Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3 days for now. Might go 4 days in the future)
- Pay Rate: $35.52/hr – $41.94/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months

Responsibilities:
- Maintain client and account data in Capital Markets front and back office systems.
- Ensure that all accounts are cross referenced into the supporting DM repositories
- Support activities in client data and KYC to facilitate onboarding.
- Interact with stakeholders regarding initiatives that relate to eComm management
- Maintain client and account level data in Capital Markets front and back office systems.
- Manage requests from multiple business areas; understand end-to-end process and trade flows.
- Maintain accuracy across all electronic trading systems for eComm set-ups/updates.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Client & Data Management projects
- Use appropriate tools and exception management processes to ensure data quality.
- Work collaboratively with business partners, IT and Client & Data Management alike.
- Strive to proactively seek out efficiencies in processes
- Management of data attributes related to regulatory data initiatives
- Ensure that all accounts/enablement’s are cross referenced into the supporting DM repositories
- Proactively escalate issues as they arise and coordinate with the leadership team to ensure that we are able to manage expectations
- Engagement with Client & Data Management Globally regarding initiatives that relate to eComm management
- Assistance with production of appropriate metrics and root cause analysis
- Review of source system reconciliations – perform root cause analysis
- Review of exception queues – perform root cause analysis
Must-have Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Firm understanding of how Capital Markets operates and familiarity with traditional Capital Markets product offerings.
- Previous experience of party data management in trading and settlement systems
- MS Office – Should be highly proficient, primarily in the use of Excel.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Working Knowledge of Bloomberg.
- Working Knowledge of Process change management.
- Working Knowledge of electronic trading platforms.
- Experience of working in a data management function within an Investment Bank.
