- Pay Rate: $ 95.59 – 99.27 hour, depending on experience

Raise is currently hiring Senior Human Resources (HR) Project Manager on behalf of our client. Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Senior Human Resources (HR) Project Manager to support the growth of the HR Project Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing large, complex HR projects within the PMO framework that support our overall business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the business to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage milestones.
- Identify potential risks and challenges; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including charters, status reports, and evaluations.
- Define success criteria for projects and ensure delivery through to completion.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
- Communicate project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns effectively.
- Coach, guide, and motivate stakeholders to move projects forward.
- Build relationships across HR to become a trusted resource in project management.
- Change Management
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
- For smaller projects, use the self-solve toolkit to create change plans that drive adoption.
- For larger, complex projects, partner with the internal change management team to develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Conduct post-project reviews and share lessons learned.
- Contribute to PMO process enhancements and toolkit development.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of Progressive Human Resources experience with additional experience leading and managing large, complex HR projects within the PMO framework Experience with project management tools
- Understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations
- Experience with planning Projects (defining project plans and manage milestones)
- Experience with Change Management
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at one time
