Raise takes fraud, scam, phishing, and spoofing attempts seriously. We understand the frustration and inconvenience that unsolicited messages can bring, and so we encourage you to help us take action against spam and any suspected fraudulent activity.
Raise will never ask for banking or any other sensitive information via social media or WhatsApp.
If you receive any suspicious communications including emails, phone calls, text messages, and messages on social media, please report it to our Fraud Prevention Team. Include details about the nature of the spam (sender information, message content, and any additional evidence such as screenshots, etc.) so that we can investigate and take swift action to protect everyone.
