Job Overview
This position supports the rollout, adoption, and sustainment of Process Orchestration capabilities for Supply Chain use cases, including requisition intake and triage, guided buying, supplier enablement, purchase order (PO) change order support, and related workflow improvements. The role collaborates with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Technology & Information Services (TIS), ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to translate process requirements into practical solutions, support testing and deployment activities, resolve adoption barriers, and sustain solutions after go-live. This position is responsible for improving user experience, increasing process compliance, reducing manual effort and rework, and helping the client realize value from digital process orchestration investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support rollout planning and execution for Process Orchestration use cases across Supply Chain, including stakeholder readiness, deployment coordination, adoption tracking, hypercare support, and transition to sustainment.
- Partner with SCM, TIS, ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, and solution vendors to validate requirements, assess process impacts, support testing activities, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Serve as a Supply Chain process advisor by translating operational needs into workflow, data, training, and change management requirements that support process compliance and user adoption.
- Maintain and enhance sustainment processes for deployed solutions by monitoring defects, enhancement requests, training needs, knowledge gaps, and recurring user issues.
- Develop and maintain rollout materials, training content, job aids, communications, process documentation, and adoption reporting to support consistent use across business units.
- Analyze usage, defect, and adoption data to identify barriers, recommend improvements, prioritize enhancements, and demonstrate value realization from Process Orchestration capabilities.
- Support continuous improvement of SCM processes, tools, and standards by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, simplify user experience, and strengthen compliance.
Qualifications
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field, preferably within the Oil & Gas Midstream industry.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead initiatives and work independently as a member of a management or leadership team.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, take initiative, lead projects, and effectively manage change.
- Professional Supply Chain certifications such as PMAC, ISM, or equivalent are considered an asset.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, Maximo, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, process orchestration tools, automation platforms, or AI-enabled workflow solutions is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts, sustainment models, stakeholder training programs, and adoption measurement across multiple business units is considered an asset.
