ServiceNow Project Manager
- Pay Rate: $80.50/hour, depending on experience

Raise is currently hiring a ServiceNow Project Manager on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our client is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the Alberta Interconnected Electric System.
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
Our client uses ServiceNow to support a variety of business processes and has implemented ITSM, IRM/GRC, and CSM. They are developing additional CSM functionality to support stakeholder interactions and business transformation initiatives.
The ServiceNow Project Manager will lead end-to-end ServiceNow CSM implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and governance activities.
This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, ServiceNow platform knowledge, Customer Service Management (CSM) experience, and business process transformation capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, platform administrators, architects, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow CSM projects and programs.
- Project Management: Manage project scope, budget, schedules, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Requirements & Workshops: Facilitate workshops to define solution requirements, priorities, and business processes.
- Team & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate developers, architects, analysts, testers, and external vendors.
- Risk & Issue Management: Monitor project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
- Governance: Ensure adherence to established solution delivery and project governance processes.
- Executive Reporting: Provide project status updates, executive reporting, delivery metrics, and performance insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow project management experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing enterprise technology or transformation projects.
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Strong practical experience managing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) delivery.
- Experience leading Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow integrations and platform capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow CSM implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience with ITSM, IRM/GRC, and CSM modules.
- Experience working in the energy, utilities, or electricity sector.
- Strong vendor management and enterprise governance experience.
- Education and Certifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
