Associate Recruiter (Ghana)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / MST / PST
Eligibility: 6 months – 2 years of experience in recruitment, BPO or related customer-facing roles

What You Will Do
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing support, and onboarding
• Partner with senior recruiters on priority roles and ongoing hiring projects
• Source strong candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative methods
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates
• Keep recruitment data, notes, and performance metrics accurate and updated
• Learn and use AI-driven tools and Voice Bots to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement
• Contribute ideas to strengthen our employer brand and improve the talent pipeline
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA (HR), Psychology, or related field (Class of 2025 preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, curious, and growth-driven mindset
Bonus Points
• Internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or business operations
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, BPO or related customer-facing roles (preferred)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, or any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience working with North American clients or time zones
