Experience and Skill Set Requirements
1) Core Skills and Experience – 35%
- 10+ years of experience as a designer and developer in the large-scale multi-client web applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience of React, Javascript, Typescript, RestAPI, RESTful WebServices
- Working experience of RXJS, NextJS, VueJS
- Knowledge and experience of microservice architecture as well as a demonstrated ability to apply core architecture principles to enhance a product's extensibility and maintainability.
- Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
- Proven experience with WCAG and AODA
- Experience with Responsive Web application development
2) Technical Skills – 35%
- Object Oriented coding practices, including design patterns knowledge, refactoring, clean code.
- Experience with one or more communications protocols
- React- 5+ years / Javascript – 5+ years / Typescript – 5+ years / HTML 5.0, CSS 5+ years
- Node such as NPM – 5+ years / RXJS – 5+ years / Bootstrap, jQuery – 3+ years
- Git – 3+ years
- Experience with Responsive Web application development
3) Leadership, Communication & Collaboration (15%)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach developers and technical teams.
- Experience coordinating work across developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience producing technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Proven ability to facilitate decision-making and resolve technical challenges.
- Experience building collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
4) Problem Solving, Innovation & Delivery (15%)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time while managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and LLMs to improve productivity and solution delivery.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement, automation, and development best practices.
- Ability to identify modernization opportunities and drive innovation.
- Experience balancing strategic architecture decisions with hands-on delivery responsibilities.
