Resort Bartender/Server – Morning Shift
Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour, depending on experience.
Work Type: Onsite – Marathon, FL 33040
Work Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm | Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Raise is currently hiring a Resort Bartender/Server – Morning Shift on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a tidy and hygienic environment.
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient service experience.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring timely and courteous service to guests.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper organization.
- Safely operate large passenger vehicles, including up to and including a 15-passenger van, ensuring the safe transport of passengers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education, with industry-specific training and experience in high-end resort operations and guest services tailored to executive clientele.
- 5-7 years of experience in the resort industry.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Possession of a chauffeur license is required.
- Must be willing to work in a highly integrated and demanding environment, requiring extended work hours, extensive coordination, flexibility, and exceptional customer service skills.
