Resort Bartender/Server and Kitchen Aid

Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour, depending on experience.

Work Type: Onsite – Marathon, FL 33040

Work Schedule: Morning and Evening Shifts including weekends

Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.

Raise is currently hiring a Resort Bartender/Server and Kitchen Aid on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

Resort Maintenance Worker

  • Designs and maintains aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, including planting, trimming, and lawn care to enhance property appearance.
  • Prepare sites for construction or landscaping projects by clearing debris, leveling ground, and ensuring readiness for further development.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, addressing issues such as plumbing, electrical, and structural concerns to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Maintain pool cleanliness and safety by performing regular cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks to provide a safe swimming environment.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of vehicles, including washing, waxing, interior detailing, and basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal performance and appearance.

Resort Bartender/Server – Morning Shift/Evening Shift

  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a tidy and hygienic environment.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient service experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring timely and courteous service to guests.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper organization.
  • Safely operate large passenger vehicles, including up to and including a 15-passenger van, ensuring the safe transport of passengers.

Resort Kitchen Aid

  • Assists in preparing food and serving breakfast, followed by cleaning up after the meal.
  • Ensure all necessary ingredients are ready and available for the head chef's use.
  • Keep the kitchen and work areas tidy and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels in the kitchen and breakfast bar to ensure all items are well-stocked.
  • Perform light cleaning duties in guest rooms after they leave for the day to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Create baked items such as cookies, pastries, and muffins to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education, with industry-specific training and experience in high-end resort operations and guest services tailored to executive clientele.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the resort industry.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Possession of a chauffeur license is required.
  • Must be willing to work in a highly integrated and demanding environment, requiring extended work hours, extensive coordination, flexibility, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, including facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance, food preparation and presentation, activity coordination and execution, and host services.
