Key Responsibilities
Maximo Functional & Configuration Support
- Provide hands-on expertise in Maximo Manage for facilities maintenance, asset management, and work management processes.
- Support the transition from SAP PM to Maximo Manage, including process alignment, configuration strategy, data readiness, integration planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
- Advise on the configuration of:
- Service Requests
- Work Orders
- Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Inspections
- Job Plans
- Assets and Locations
- Classifications
- Meters
- Workflows
- Security Roles and Groups
- Escalations and Notifications
- Start Centers
- Reports and Dashboards
Solution Design & Implementation
- Support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration planning, build validation, and testing.
- Review and provide input on design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, data mapping documents, and release documentation.
- Support end-to-end facilities maintenance processes, including:
- Service request intake
- Work order lifecycle management
- Dispatching and field execution
- Mobile work execution
- Vendor and contractor management
- Inspections and deficiency management
- Materials and equipment asset management
Data & Integration Support
- Support data readiness activities, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Provide input into integrations involving:
- IBM Maximo Manage
- SAP and SAP BTP
- MREF/TRIRIGA
- Mobile applications
- Reporting platforms
- Vendor/contractor solutions
- Other City systems
Testing, Release & Go-Live Support
- Review test scenarios and test cases.
- Support defect triage and issue resolution.
- Assist with environment promotion and release readiness activities.
- Participate in cutover planning, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support reporting and dashboard development, including BIRT reporting and SQL validation.
- Identify implementation risks and recommend best-practice solutions that minimize customization and maximize maintainability.
- Participate in workshops, sprint reviews, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing IBM Maximo Manage / Maximo Asset Management solutions.
- Successfully delivered at least three (3) production Maximo implementations.
- At least one implementation delivered using IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Version 8.x or 9.x.
- Demonstrated experience implementing:
- Service Requests
- Work Order Management
- Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
- Inspections
- Vendor Work Management
- Materials Management
- Asset and Location Management

- Strong experience configuring:

- Database Configuration

- Familiarity with:
- Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)

Project Delivery Experience
- Experience supporting:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
