We’re Hiring! Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Claims Contract Attorney role on the team.
Pay Rate: $32/hour on W2
Work Type: Remote – 50 miles within Approved HUB Locations
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Training Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST for first week
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Job Overview:
* We have an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.
* These are not eDiscovery document review positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing claim documents.
* Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
* Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
* Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members.
* "Best-in-class" customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients.
* The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required.

Qualifications:
* JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
* Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
* Bilingual English and French
* Medical records review experience preferred
* Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus

* Flexibility
* Customer service approach
