Job Overview:
* The Supply Chain (SC) Polaris Business Readiness Team (BRT) – Dynamic Resourcing Coordinator serves as a key project planning and resourcing lead supporting Polaris project activities through go-live and hypercare (targeted through Q2 2027).
* This role focuses on dynamic resource planning, schedule tracking, and governance support across Supply Chain business teams, ensuring the right capabilities are available at the right time to successfully deliver major parallel readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the project planner for Supply Chain Business Readiness with a focus on dynamic resource and schedule planning, tracking, and management across all Polaris phases, including go-live and hypercare.
* Facilitate the development and maintenance of SC Business Resource Rosters, including role profiles and commitment tracking across Deployment 1 phases and activities.
* Develop monthly milestone schedules and forward-looking resource outlooks by sub-BRT; provide draft factor analyses and case-for-action materials when resourcing decisions or adjustments are required.
* Partner closely with BRT Leads and Sub-Leads to ensure resourcing governance and business communication requirements are consistently met.
* Facilitate feedback loops and resource actuals tracking to assess effectiveness, identify skill or capacity gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
* Coordinate resourcing insights across major parallel readiness activities (e.g., testing, training, MOC, third-party services, cutover) to tell a clear resourcing story at the sub-process, Supply Chain, site, and activity levels.
* Lead or support resource and Integrated Change Planning schedule workshops with SC BRT Sub-Leads as needed.
* Track execution and completion of people-related actions for activities with complex or bespoke resource plans, particularly testing and training.
* Establish and manage resourcing upset/triage processes, including unplanned absences, vacation management, and changes in commitments.
* Support role mapping, role and resource criticality assessments related to cutover, hypercare, transition, and steady-state operations.
* Produce polished communications and deliverables to support governance forums, steering committees, and central leadership reviews.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project planning, resource management, or business readiness roles within large-scale transformation or ERP programs.
* Strong understanding of dynamic resourcing, schedule management, and cross-functional dependency planning.
* Experience supporting or coordinating complex parallel activities such as testing, training, change management, and cutover planning.
* High proficiency with project planning and tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or equivalent).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to develop executive-ready presentations, analyses, and governance materials.
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
