Return Mail Coordinator
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour on W2
Work Type: Onsite – Beaverton, OR 97005
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PT
Training Schedule: First Day | Start Time 9:00 AM PT
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Follows written procedures.
- Uses proprietary software to process and verify incoming forms, undeliverable mail, and postal forwards.
- Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work.
- Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity.
- Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
- Continuously improve processes and deliverables.
Top Required Skills:
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Accuracy in work
- Able to type a minimum of 45 WPM
- Physical Position – Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good attendance
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma.
- 2 years Data Entry experience required.
- Experience handling multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge/Skill/Ability:
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage competing priorities
- Adapt to ever-changing environment
- Excel in fast paced work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Attention to detail required
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, performing work on a computer or hand sorting.
- Should be able to lift 20-50 lbs. on a regular basis.
