Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour on W2

Work Type: Onsite – Beaverton, OR 97005

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PT

Training Schedule: First Day | Start Time 9:00 AM PT

Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follows written procedures.
  • Uses proprietary software to process and verify incoming forms, undeliverable mail, and postal forwards.
  • Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work.
  • Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity.
  • Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
  • Continuously improve processes and deliverables.

Top Required Skills:

  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Accuracy in work
  • Able to type a minimum of 45 WPM
  • Physical Position – Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Good attendance

Qualifications:

  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • 2 years Data Entry experience required.
  • Experience handling multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.

Knowledge/Skill/Ability:

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage competing priorities
  • Adapt to ever-changing environment
  • Excel in fast paced work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Attention to detail required
  • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, performing work on a computer or hand sorting.
  • Should be able to lift 20-50 lbs. on a regular basis.
