  • Fly In Fly Out Camp accommodations provided
  • Rotation (2 weeks in-2weeks out, 11 hours a day)
  • Company Charter Flights provided – Departing from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Raise is currently hiring Two (2) Quality Administrators on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client is a Canadian global leader in exploration, mine engineering, and environmental protection.

Description

The Quality Administrator in this role will oversee the integrity and administration of our clients site-specific management systems. You will be the primary custodian of the Incident Reporting System (CIRS) and the Management Document System (MDS). This role is critical in ensuring that safety and quality incidents are tracked, investigated, and resolved, while maintaining the rigorous documentation standards required in the nuclear and mining industry.

 

Responsibilities          

  • Responsible oversight and administration of the Incident Reporting System (CIRS)
  • Processing events/incidents in the CIRS system
  • Leading daily corrective action group and weekly site review meetings
  • Providing support to site personnel with respect to CIRS functionality, including training
  • Creating activities and corrective actions from investigations, audits and regulatory inspections
  • Tracking and reporting corrective actions in support of the short-term incentive plan
  • Support investigations
  • Support department level continuous improvement efforts
  • Support internal audit processes
  • Support management system development activities
  • Oversight and administration of the management document system (MDS)
  • Weekly reporting on overdue and coming due controlled documents
  • Reporting of document changes following revisions
  • Quality management system checks on revised documents prior to publishing
  • Work closely with the on-site Quality Specialist

Qualifications

  • 4 to 10 years of experience n high-compliance industrial sectors (e.g., Mining, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, or Utilities) with Direct experience administering and processing data within an Incident Reporting System
  • Knowledge of project risk tools and specialized risk management systems.(preferred)
  • Experience in a high-compliance industrial environment (Nuclear, Mining, or Oil & Gas).(preferred
  • Expert-level familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Practical understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools such as TapRoot, Cause Mapping, Fishbone, or 5-Why.
  • Basic working knowledge of quality and environmental frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Lean, etc.).
  • Ability to spot trends in data and identify underlying systemic issues.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and presenting data to site leadership.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detai Ensuring document accuracy and system integrity in a regulated environment.
  • Education and Certifications
  • 2- or 3-year diploma in a field such as Industrial Engineering Technology, Quality Management, or Environmental Science. Or a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Science (with a focus on Quality Systems)       
  • CSO (Construction Safety Officer) designation or equivalent.

  • As this is a safety Sensitive Role Pre-access substance testing will be required
