What You’ll Work On
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. You will:
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution and closeout
- Develop project scope, schedules, cost estimates, and execution strategies
- Manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining alignment with project objectives
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams
- Oversee contractor performance, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project execution
Must-Have Skills
- 5–10+ years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or EPC environments
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
Nice-to-Have Skills
- PMP certification and/or P.Eng. designation
- Experience in nuclear, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes
