Job Description
Are you passionate about identifying risks before they become problems? Raise is building a pipeline of Project Risk Specialists to support major infrastructure and energy projects.
These roles play a critical part in enabling proactive decision-making by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across complex project environments.
What You’ll Work On
- Facilitate risk identification sessions and workshops with project stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and update project risk registers
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments
- Support cost and schedule risk analysis and contingency planning
- Develop mitigation strategies and monitor risk response effectiveness
- Collaborate with project controls and project management teams
- Provide risk reporting and insights to leadership
Must-Have Skills
- 4–8+ years of experience in project risk management or project controls
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with risk modeling tools such as PRA or Safran
- Background in infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
- Familiarity with quantitative risk analysis methodologies
