Job Description
Raise is building a niche talent pipeline for specialized engineering roles within safety-critical environments, including Human Factors Engineering (HFE), security systems, and regulatory compliance.
These roles are essential to ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation of complex systems.
What You’ll Work On
- Perform system analysis, safety assessments, and technical evaluations
- Support design reviews and validation of engineering deliverables
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Contribute to system improvements and risk reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in nuclear or highly regulated industries
- Expertise in HFE, security systems, or safety engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance programs
- Background in design engineering or system evaluation
