Job Description
Are you a field-focused leader who thrives in execution environments? Raise is building a pipeline of professionals to support construction, installation, and modification activities across large-scale projects.
What You’ll Work On
- Lead field execution of projects and plant modifications
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements
- Support installation, commissioning, and turnover activities
- Monitor progress and resolve field issues in real time
- Provide updates and reporting to project leadership
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in construction, field engineering, or commissioning
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Experience working in industrial or infrastructure environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in nuclear or regulated environments
- Background in project management or engineering
