Client Services Representative-Bilingual-Proficient

- Pay Rate: $24.52/hr

Responsibilities
- Performs front-line client services, including answering questions from custodian banks, brokers, investors, and/or customers.
Must-Have Skills:
- College diploma in accounting, business, or finance
- Bilingual/English and French
- 1+ years of Customer Service
- Data Entry
- Excell
- Dealing with clients on the phone, resolving issues, and explaining services
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
- Advanced user proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; spreadsheet/financial accounting skills; and any other related accounting software is an asset
- Knowledge of financial systems and associated procedures is an asset
