Job Title: Warehouse/Shop Technician
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment, either through
hands on repair and maintenance or coordinating with outside vendors to complete
specialized equipment and systems inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs.
Interim in-house safety inspections of company vehicles, major equipment and general
upkeep. Organization and monitoring of field equipment condition and upkeep.
Specific areas of responsibility:
Major systems monitoring, inhouse interim safety inspections and coordination with
vendors for preventative maintenance and repairs including:
-10-Ton Bridge Crane -Compressor for shop air
-Car Lift -High Bay Lighting
-Generator -Fire Protection Equipment
-Landscaping Sprinkler System
Support equipment monitoring and maintenance:
-ATA Vehicles -Wood and Metal Shop
-Portable Generators -Portable Power Tools
-Portable Compressors -Battery Packs
Monitor, service and organize test equipment – High Bay:
-ECM download equipment
-Diagnostic equipment (weights, electrical test, mechanical test)
-Test cables
-Support tools/equipment
Organize, monitor and maintain supplies:
-Test operations
-Quick Response supplies
-General high bay/facility supplies/spares
Interior and exterior facility cleaning and organization:
-Daily inspection of facility
-Weekly cleaning of High Bay (blow out, clean surfaces)
Maintain records or service and maintenance issues:
-Utilities
-Vehicles
Support ATA project inspections and testing. Make sure appropriate equipment and
supplies are available. Provide video and photo documentation support.
Support asset inventory record keeping.
Support Quick Response and field work vehicle and equipment readiness.

Physical Requirements:
Able to lift weights up to 75 pounds.
Able to climb ladders.
Operate in high humidity and temperatures.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
Mechanical equipment maintenance operation required.
Organizational skills and experience a must.
Must have good communication skills for working with technical experts and clients
in the legal and insurance industry.
