  • Pay Rate: $30.00/hour on W2
  • Contract Length: 3 months
  • Location: 50 miles within Approved Hub Locations (Remote)
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Training Schedule: On the Job Training

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Overview

  • The Medical Record & Technology Specialist is a hybrid role supporting clinical review activities and the use of client’s AI technology.
  • This position assists with reviewing medical records, interpreting clinical documentation, maintaining workflow accuracy, and helping facilitate internal training and support for the client’s AI platform.
  • The ideal candidate has a clinical background (LPN, RN, or similar), strong attention to detail, and comfort working with digital tools in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Medical Record Review
    • Review medical records for completeness and accuracy.
    • Interpret medical terminology, diagnoses, treatments, and timelines.
    • Identify missing information or inconsistencies and elevate them as needed.
    • Provide clinical context to support internal team activities.
  • AI Platform Support
    • Assist with internal enablement for the Epiq AI system.
    • Help deliver virtual training sessions and provide general user support.
    • Contribute to basic documentation such as quick guides or process notes.
    • Share user feedback to help enhance platform workflows.
  • Client‑Related Support
    • Participate in client training sessions and onboarding discussions.
    • Provide clear explanations of medical review steps and AI‑supported processes.
    • Respond to client questions with clinical and technical clarity.
  • Operational Support
    • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow accuracy and quality.
    • Track tasks, maintain documentation, and support compliance requirements.
    • Follow HIPAA and all data‑security standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Clinical background (LPN, RN, or comparable experience).
  • Experience reviewing medical records or clinical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort using digital/AI tools and technology platforms.
  • Clear communication skills, including virtual interactions.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital workflow systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical‑legal review or healthcare operations.
  • Experience in client‑facing or technology‑support roles.
  • Familiarity with automated workflows or data tools.
