Senior Manufacturing Recruiter – India (Remote)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Recruiter to support hiring within the manufacturing and industrial sectors across the Canadian and North American staffing market.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands manufacturing operations, high-volume staffing, and technical production environments, while thriving in MSP/VMS-driven recruitment models.
As part of our hiring process, the first step will include an interview conducted by an AI interviewer. This allows us to efficiently and fairly assess all applicants using consistent, unbiased questions.
Contract: 3-6 months contract (Strong performers will be considered for permanent employment opportunities)
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and industrial roles within MSP/VMS programs.
- Source and engage candidates for positions such as Production Supervisors, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Inspectors, CNC Operators, Supply Chain Specialists, Maintenance Technicians, Production Workers, and Operations professionals.
- Build and maintain manufacturing talent pipelines across Canada and/or the U.S.
- Screen candidates for technical competency, manufacturing experience, certifications, and operational knowledge.
- Negotiate and structure contract offers including T4 and Incorporated (INC) rate structures where applicable.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure submissions meet client quality and turnaround expectations.
- Track recruitment activity and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or operations-focused staffing.
- Experience recruiting in the Canadian and/or North American staffing market.
- Proven experience supporting MSP/VMS programs.
- Ability to recruit for both technical and high-volume manufacturing roles.
- Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for automotive, aerospace, food manufacturing, consumer goods, heavy industrial, or logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, quality systems, and production operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise manufacturing clients.
- Knowledge of manufacturing certifications and compliance standards such as GMP, ISO, or AS9100.
Performance Expectations
- This role has clear delivery targets to support ramp-up success:
- Month 1–2: Target 1 placement per month while ramping up on accounts and requirements
- Month 2+: Target 2 placements per month
