Data and Reporting Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
- Pay Rate: $52.58/hr – $62.08/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be working within Investor Services (IS) and closely collaborating with the teams principally focused on the initiatives relating to migration of legacy reporting.

Requirements Gathering:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, business rules, and user stories and work with business teams, product teams, other internal stakeholders, and in-house development teams throughout solution building and delivery.
- A key member of the project team, the Measurement & Reporting Analyst works with Client Digital delivery leads and Developers, Data Domain experts to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder management:
- Pro-actively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze functional requirements and deliver the appropriate artefacts as needed: business requirement documents, functional specifications, data specifications, data catalogues, use cases, workflow analysis, reports, etc.
- Act as the first line of contact to interface with internal stakeholders—the Operations team, Client Success team, Data Engineering team, and others.
Business Analytics:
- Review data to ensure its integrity for data analysis to deliver business insights and validation of hypothesis
- Build compelling Power BI reports/dashboards and translate findings into executive communications
- Demonstrable ability to analyze data/trends, interpret results, build KPIs, explain KPI drivers and communicate in simple terms
Must-Have Skills:
- Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to explore new technologies to enhance the delivery of operations
- Business and financial acumen with strong analytical, organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and Excel
Nice-to-Have Skills::
- Broad knowledge of financial products, processes, and systems
- Strong aptitude to learn and improve knowledge
