Analyste Financier III

Responsabilités :
- Participer au processus annuel d'élaboration du budget et du plan stratégique de l'unité commerciale.
- Piloter le processus de prévision (Forecast), de revue et de reporting, ainsi que toute analyse d'écarts associée.
- Collaborer avec la direction financière pour garantir la conformité des rapports financiers aux normes IFRS.
- Examiner les informations financières mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles, y compris la supervision du processus global de clôture financière.
- Agir en tant que partenaire financier stratégique auprès des dirigeants de l'unité commerciale, en collaborant activement avec eux pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs financiers de l'unité.
- Promouvoir l'amélioration continue des processus et identifier de manière proactive les opportunités de réduction des coûts.
- Analyser les données financières historiques et actuelles afin d'évaluer la santé financière de l'entreprise.
- Tenir à jour les modèles financiers pour projeter avec précision les résultats financiers.
- Entretenir une connaissance approfondie du secteur d'activité et de l'entreprise afin d'enrichir les explications des écarts et le reporting financier.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports et des présentations financières détaillés à la haute direction.
- Opérer selon une logique d'amélioration continue.
- Prendre en charge des projets ou analyses ponctuels (ad hoc) visant à améliorer la performance financière et à mieux comprendre les leviers de croissance de l'activité.
- Toute autre tâche ou mission convenue avec le Responsable FP&A (Planification et Analyse Financière).
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience requise en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Connaissance requise des principes comptables, ainsi que des pratiques et normes de reporting financier des sociétés cotées.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de pensée conceptuelle, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à évoluer efficacement dans un environnement professionnel souvent dynamique et axé sur le respect des délais, nécessitant le développement et le perfectionnement des processus et procédures.
- Connaissance et expérience indispensables des outils Hyperion Planning et Hyperion Enterprise (souhaitées).
- Maîtrise experte des applications Microsoft requise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Connaissance et expérience du système Oracle (souhaitées).
- Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe requis.

- Élaborer des rapports et présenter efficacement des informations variées et ponctuelles aux dirigeants.
- Analyser efficacement la performance financière de l'activité et mettre en œuvre les mesures appropriées pour en maximiser les résultats.
- Capacité à travailler selon des horaires flexibles.
- Déplacements occasionnels requis (jusqu'à 10 %).

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the annual budget and strategic plan process for the business unit
- Drive the Forecast, review, and report and any related variance analysis
- Partner with Finance leadership to ensure financial reports comply with IFRS
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information including execution of the overall financial close process
- Be the finance business partner to the business unit leaders, actively engaging with them to ensure the business unit achieves it’s financial objectives
- Drive process improvement and proactively identify cost reduction opportunities
- Analyze historical and current financial data to assess the company’s financial health
- Maintain financial models to accurately project financial results
- Retain industry and company knowledge to enhance variance explanations and financial reporting
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Operate with a continuous improvement mindset
- Own ad hoc projects or analysis to enhance financial performance and better understand
- business drivers
- Any other tasks or duties as agreed with FP&A Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance or related field required
- Knowledge of accounting principles, public company financial reporting & practices required
- Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in an often fast paced and deadline-oriented business requiring development and refinement of processes and procedures
- Essential knowledge and experience in Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Enterprise preferred
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Applications required (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle preferred
- University degree in accounting, finance or related field required
