Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and support of cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Quickly understand existing architecture, integrations, workflows, and business processes within the ESD platform.
- Work closely with architects, business analysts, QA, and operations teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Support and enhance systems built on AWS cloud technologies and distributed event-driven architectures.
- Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues across multiple systems.
- Drive technical excellence, coding standards, best practices, and system stability.
- Mentor intermediate and junior developers and encourage collaborative development practices.
- Promote proper documentation, knowledge sharing, and reduction of dependency on individual contributors.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical solutioning, code reviews, and release planning.
- Support CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.
- Help modernize and optimize existing applications, workflows, and data processing pipelines
