RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze business processes and supporting systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and required controls, and document procedures and findings.
• Elicit, clarify, and document stakeholder needs by collaborating with internal and external customers to surface business concerns and workable options.
• Lead requirements activities end-to-end (planning, analysis, development, and testing phases), ensuring requirements are gathered, driven, and managed through to completion.
• Document and manage business and functional requirements, including traceability and change management of requirements as the work evolves.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear deliverables, such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, and data flow/data model diagrams.
• Support solution design work by participating in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design activities.
• Define and prepare test artifacts by developing test scenarios and test data, supporting business participation in testing activities.
• Produce decision-support reporting and insights by creating, extracting, and modifying ad hoc and standard reports, using operational and financial data as needed.
• Apply strong data understanding (sources, relationships, meaning) to ensure outputs produce meaningful information for management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective meetings tailored to the audience, including driving discussions toward outcomes and documented decisions.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Demonstrated experience in Oracle, SQL or SAP database systems technologies.
• Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow definition, data flow diagramming).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel.
• Ability to perform cost‐benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to lead effective meetings that are tailored to the audience.

Deliverables
Examples of Deliverable the Candidate will be expected to produce could include:
• Current-state assessment documentation: processes, solution landscape, constraints/pain points; note key integrations/data handoffs where relevant.
• Stakeholder engagement outputs: stakeholder list, workshop/interview materials, notes, and consolidated findings (validated needs, issues, decisions).
• Validated requirements documentation: business + functional requirements and use cases, with scope boundaries, assumptions, and traceability.
• Process and information artefacts: workflow/process diagrams plus data flow and/or data model diagrams, as needed.
• Options analysis and recommendation: structured comparison (including internal vs external options where applicable) with rationale.
• Roadmap/prioritization inputs: candidate initiatives or work packages, sequencing, dependencies, prerequisites, and resourcing/effort signals.
• Procurement/business case inputs: concept submission content and acquisition/RFx-ready scope framing for the next approval step.
• Test and acceptance artefacts: scenarios, test data, acceptance criteria, and UAT support; compile commissioning/test evidence where implementation occurs.
• Reporting/KPI inputs: defined measures, reporting needs, and benefit-tracking definitions (operational and/or financial).
• Requirements governance artefacts: decision/issue/change logs to control scope and requirements as analysis evolves
