Content Designer
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3 days on site)
- Pay Rate: $72.47/hr – $85.57/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities:
- This designer is jointly responsible (with other team members) for the content design and strategy across the bank's suite of Business Banking Credit tools.
- The designer will work with product, design, and tech partners towards shaping requirements for product features.
- The designer will help to shape content standards across the bank's suite of Business Banking Credit tools.
- The designer will also contribute to collaborative ideation and other collaborative design activities with colleagues in and outside of design.
Must have skills:
- At least 4 years of writing experience at a creative agency or in-house creative team
- SME in content strategy for product design, accessibility, and scalability.
- Great collaborator and teammate.
- Experience creating reusable components.
- Ability to devise reusable content/components
- Adaptability and forward-thinking mindset, including AI tools
- A willingness to understand complex business requirements within the highly regulated context of the bank.
- Produce at high velocity, across multiple streams of work.
- Content strategy leader and expert, including expertise in accessibility.
- Figma experience.
Nice to have skills
- Financial institution employee tools domain experience is a strong nice-to-have (NTH)
- Great presenter.
- Some UX research experience (this would be extremely nice to have).
