ITBP Manager for HPS
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
- Pay Rate: $90/hr
- Contract Length: 6–12 Months

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT business partner for key HPS stakeholders and functional teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and IT groups to define technology priorities and strategic roadmaps.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and support solution planning for new initiatives and enhancements.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business units, product teams, and technology delivery teams.
- Support prioritization, governance, and execution of IT initiatives within the R&D environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and technology optimization.
- Assist in managing stakeholder expectations, project dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across IT and business operations.
- Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise standards, architecture, and long-term business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in IT business partnership, business relationship management, or technology consulting roles.
- Strong experience in technology roadmapping, requirements gathering, and feasibility analysis.
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional and R&D-focused environments.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product development, or technical business teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT delivery processes and solution planning.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and coordination.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within technology, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, or product development organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and enterprise project governance.
- Exposure to engineering systems, product lifecycle processes, or innovation-driven environments.
