Raise recrute actuellement un membre d’équipe contractuel pour le compte de son client. L’entreprise agrandit son équipe afin de répondre à des besoins croissants, ce qui représente une occasion unique de travailler avec un leader du secteur.
Responsabilités
- Répondre aux appels de manière professionnelle.
- Répondre aux demandes des appelants.
- Rechercher les informations requises à l’aide des ressources disponibles.
- Identifier et transmettre les dossiers plus complexes à l’équipe de recherche.
- Naviguer entre plusieurs applications informatiques liées au poste.
- Gérer des situations difficiles au téléphone tout en maintenant un haut niveau de professionnalisme.
- Respecter l’horaire assigné et le flux d’appels établi.
Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
- Bilingue en anglais et en français.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Aptitudes en écoute active.
- Orientation service à la clientèle.
- Souci du détail.
- Capacité à utiliser les fonctions de base des applications MS Office (MS Excel, Exchange, etc.).
Remote Contact Center Agents
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Location: Ontario | Quebec (Remote)
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
- Training Schedule: 1 week | remote

Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally.
- Respond to caller’s inquiries.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
- Navigate multiple computer applications relative to the position.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations over the phone while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Adhere to the assigned schedule and call flow.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to operate basic functions of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Exchange, etc.…).
