    • Quart 1 : 13 h à 21 h
    • Quart 2 : 9 h à 17 h
  • Horaire de formation : 3 jours

Responsabilités

  • Répondre aux appels de manière professionnelle
  • Répondre aux demandes des appelants
  • Rechercher les informations nécessaires à l’aide des ressources disponibles
  • Identifier et acheminer les cas plus complexes à l’équipe de recherche
  • Naviguer dans plusieurs applications informatiques liées au poste
  • Gérer des situations difficiles au téléphone tout en maintenant un haut niveau de professionnalisme
  • Respecter l’horaire assigné et le flux d’appels

4 compétences essentielles

  • Expérience en centre d’appels
  • Capacité à utiliser un ordinateur
  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Bilinguisme (français canadien et anglais)

Qualifications

  • Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français (lecture, écriture et communication)
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Excellentes aptitudes d’écoute active
  • Orientation service à la clientèle
  • Souci du détail
  • Capacité à utiliser les fonctions de base de la suite MS Office (Excel, Exchange, etc.)

 

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Contact Center Roles

  • Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
  • Contract Length: 3 months
  • Location: Ontario | Quebec (Remote)
  • Shifts Available:
    • Shift 1: 1PM to 9PM *We need two workers for this shift*
    • Shift 2: 9AM to 5PM *We need eight workers for this shift*
  • Training Schedule: 3 days

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls professionally.
  • Respond to caller’s inquiries.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications relative to the position.
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations over the phone while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Adhere to the assigned schedule and call flow.

Top 4 Required Skills

  • Call Center Experience
  • Ability to Use Computer
  • Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Bilingual Canadian French/English

Qualifications

  • Fully Bilingual in English and French, and able to read, write and communicate in both languages.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate basic functions of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Exchange, etc.…).
