Operator
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $31.00/hour, depending on experience.
Work Location: Onsite – Burgettstown, PA 15021
Work Schedule: 24/7 | On Call
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension/conversion based on performance and other factors.
Additional Information: Per Diem – $45
Additional Details: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.

Job Overview:
The Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.
Qualifications:
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
- Ensure individual and crew work safety.
- Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
- Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- NEST, ZIP, & MVT/HVT Needed.
- DOT but no CDL Required.
- No experience needed but preferred in oil & gas industry.
