  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
  • Duration: 7-month contract (possible extension and/or conversion)

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. 

Job Summary

  • The Process Analyst will support the Asset Management team by acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and enterprise systems. This role focuses on analysing operational processes, supporting an enterprise asset management application, and ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient in SQL, and able to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for an enterprise Asset Management application, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with IT and vendor partners
  • Analyse end-to-end business processes related to asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and operational reporting
  • Review, validate, and reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Write and execute SQL queries for ad hoc analysis, data validation, and reporting
  • Partner with Asset Management, Operations, Digital, and Finance teams to gather requirements and resolve data or process gaps
  • Support defect identification, testing, and validation of system fixes or enhancements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and user support materials
  • Translate business needs into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process or system improvements
  • Assist with reporting deliverables, trend analysis, and operational metrics

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications (Asset Management, ERP, CMMS, or similar preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of data flows, integrations, and operational reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting/analysis tools
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent relevant experience will be considered

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AssetWorks products (especially Fleet Focus) is a plus, but not required
