Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead complex, high-impact projects in a regulated environment? At Raise, we’re building a talent pipeline for a leading enterprise client in the nuclear, power generation, and utilities sector.

These roles focus on delivering large-scale capital projects, plant modifications, and infrastructure upgrades across multidisciplinary teams. If you excel at driving execution, managing competing priorities, and delivering projects safely and efficiently—this is for you.

What You’ll Work On

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. You will:

  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution and closeout
  • Develop project scope, schedules, cost estimates, and execution strategies
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining alignment with project objectives
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams
  • Oversee contractor performance, contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project execution

Must-Have Skills

  • 5–10+ years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or EPC environments
  • Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and contractors

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • PMP certification and/or P.Eng. designation
  • Experience in nuclear, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes
