  • Pay Rate: $51.00 – $54.00/hour on W2
  • Contract Length: 1 Year
  • Location: Duluth, MN 55802 (Hybrid)
  • Additional Detail: Offering $245/ per day per diem

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Responsibilities

  • Assigned to projects of up to $50 MM/year with typically 2-year or less duration of elevated complexity.
  • Utilize best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to enhance products or services.
  • Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Work independently, receiving minimal guidance and acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Develop, document, and implement processes and procedures within a functional area.
  • Assist in the preparation of training material and potentially deliver to smaller audiences.
  • Frequently participate in internal committees.
  • Work as part of a project team and potentially lead on certain tasks.

Qualifications

  • College or university degree.
  • 4-7 years of working experience and at least 1+ year of relevant construction or project experience.
  • Proven high performer based on prior performance reviews.
  • Moderate experience with Primavera P6 software to develop comprehensive project schedules.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience with WBS/CBS and resource structures for projects and able to resource load project schedules.

Certifications

  • Working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or holder of a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation.
