Reporting Analyst – Expert
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (4 days onsite 1 day remote)
- Pay Rate: $54/hr – $63.76/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months

Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Refiling Support: Prepare and support the filing of A2 and AS non-mortgage loan reports to OSFI and Statistics Canada in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal review processes.
- Additional Regulatory Support: Provide support for related regulatory reporting activities as requested by the FRR leadership team.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive procedure documentation for regulatory reporting processes, ensuring alignment with OSFI, Statistics Canada, and Bank of Canada guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and validate reporting workflows.
- Conduct reviews of existing documentation to reflect process updates and align formatting.
- Ensure documentation adheres to bank’s internal standards and regulatory expectations, including version control and change management
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years regulatory Reporting experience
- Advanced experience with MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, Formulas etc.—This is a must-have for this role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSFI, Statistics Canada, and Bank of Canada reporting requirements (e.g., P3, M4, Z4, etc.).
- Experience in Financial reporting
- Proficiency in Documentation (MS- Word)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to simplify complex processes into clear, actionable steps.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Accounting-related designation (CPA, CMA, CA, CGA, CFA)
