Associate Corporate Access

  • Location: New York, NY – Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • Pay Rate: $44.10/hr
  • Contract Length: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination and execution of logistics for US and international marketing with a focus on international corporate marketing into the US. This includes, but is not limited to, client targeting, non-deal roadshows, bespoke trips (reverse roadshows), group field trips, site visits, expert events, investor/corporate prep packages, feedback, and sourcing venues.
  • Conference management—strategic planning and event execution for global industry conferences and investor days, which includes but is not limited to collaboration with internal stakeholders, agenda creation, client targeting and meeting allocations, onsite and/or virtual execution, and post-event wrap-up including debriefs and feedback analysis.
  • Partner with Sales, Research, and ECM to set event objectives and identify investor targets. Create clear lines of communication pre, during, and post event to ensure each event has a successful outcome. 
  • Utilize internal systems to maintain accurate meeting schedules, enter/update data, and work with the Client Submissions team to improve internal and external reporting. 

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years of corporate access experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Zoom, Webex and MS Teams
  • Event management software (transferable)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with iPlanner and iConference (technology platforms used to manage events)
  • Experience working with European companies.
