Raise is proactively building a network of skilled trades professionals for upcoming permanent opportunities with leading industrial and manufacturing employers across Alberta. 

We are interested in connecting with experienced professionals in areas such as: 

  • Industrial Electricians 
  • Millwrights 
  • Maintenance Technicians 
  • Welders/Fabricators 
  • HVAC Technicians 
  • Instrumentation Technicians 
  • Automation & Controls Technicians 

These opportunities may support manufacturing facilities, industrial operations, production environments, and maintenance teams. 

Ideal Background 

  • Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments 
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance experience 
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings 
  • Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical systems 
  • Comfortable working shifts and overtime where required 
  • Exposure to HVAC systems, automation systems, or electrical distribution equipment considered an asset 

Certifications & Qualifications May Include 

  • Journeyperson Certification / Red Seal 
  • Apprentice Registration 
  • Industrial Electrician Certification 
  • Millwright Certification 
  • HVAC/Refrigeration Certification 
  • Welding Certifications (CWB considered an asset) 
  • WHMIS, Fall Protection, Confined Space, or other safety certifications
