  • Pay Rate: $29.00 – $34.00/hour on W2
  • Contract Length: 24 months
  • Location: Channahon, IL 60410 (Onsite) 

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and expedites workflow through health center – answers phones and greets visitors (employees, contractors and vendors), schedules appointments, maintains calendars and answers questions or initiates follow-up action as needed.
  • Reviews, prioritizes and distributes incoming mail, prepares outgoing mail and packages for shipment
  • Reviews invoices for goods/services received, processes invoices for payment electronically and sets up new vendors.
  • Schedules contractor services (nursing coverage); tracks and reports/verifies contractor’s time as required in CTrax.
  • Liaises with clinicians to maintain and order health center supplies.
  • Ensures control of access to secured areas and notifies security of visitors to site.
  • Completes daily calibration of equipment and arranges for annual servicing/calibration of test equipment and maintains records as needed.
  • Schedules pick-ups for hazardous waste removal, manages waste manifests.
  • Updates health center critical medical information poster and revises other manuals as necessary.
  • Cority SME – provides reports from Cority and assists with reporting for OIMS stewardship.
  • Responsible for the new hire process, receiving medical questionnaires, scheduling health assessments, liaising with recruitment and updating CareerConnect and processing PA Actions.
  • SSC: Site Security Contact for medical surveillances: Conducts the annual enrollment procedure; ensures surveillance groups are up to date and reports back to management and any other associated tasks with the role.
  • Schedules health assessments according to monthly health surveillance recall.
  • Enters medical data, test results, and completed health assessments for review and sign off.
  • Reviews employee medical questionnaires for completeness and referral.
  • Measures vital signs and records results-willing to train.
  • Conducts medical tests (e.g., pulmonary function tests, electrocardiograms, vision tests, audiograms)-willing to train.
  • Performs specimen collection (e.g., drug and alcohol collection)-willing to train.
  • Communicates with other medical staff regarding procedures and results as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities.
  • Customer service experience.
