IT Build Specialist

- Contract Length: 6-12 Months

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal reviews of all patching documentation, artifacts, and RACIs—ensuring everything is audit-ready and stored to standard
- Lead I&E patching teams through preparation for regulatory and internal audit activities
- Implement corrective procedures and escalation processes for teams that are not meeting the Patching Standard
- Receive, consolidate, and validate KPIs and KRIs from individual patching teams
- Act as SME for process documentation, RACI frameworks, and Segment Reviews
- Partner with patching teams to create and maintain all required standard control documents
- Review, store, and approve all patching documents related to standards and controls
- Maintain and govern Confluence, SharePoint, and all reference data repositories
- Coordinate audit and regulatory exam preparation; support risk and regulatory response activities
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations to uplift governance maturity across I&E
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years in IT governance, technology risk, infrastructure controls, or a related discipline
- Certification an asset: CRISC, CISM, CISA, or CISSP
- Experience engaging risk partners: ORM, Internal Audit, or Regulatory teams
- Strong working knowledge of KPI/KRI development and monitoring in an IT or security context
- Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity industry control standards
- Proficiency with GRC platforms and document management tools (Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA)
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across multiple business lines
- Experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, or infrastructure compliance is a strong asset
