We are currently requesting resumes for the following position: Procurement Specialist 

Resume Due Date: Thursday, November 20th, 2025 (5:00PM EST)                                               

Number of Vacancies: 3 

Duration: 6 Months

Hours of work:  35 hours   

Location: Pickering (100% on Site)

 

Job Overview

  • Supply Chain Operations support
  • Monitoring the progress of procurement on the project, using dashboards and reports
  • Removing barrier to procurement placement
  • Ensure all Request for Quotes are moving efficiently through the procurement process
  • Following up with vendors to ensure purchase orders are progressively
  • Support expediting procurement requests as required

 Qualifications

  • 3-5 years, Supply Chain experience specifically with a strong understanding of the procurement process from when the need is identified to when the parts arrive on site
  • Business acumen, Working with vendors
  • Supply Chain certification would be ideal
