SharePoint Migration Lead / SharePoint Architect

We at Raise are hiring a SharePoint Migration Lead / SharePoint Architect for one of our top clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the legacy SharePoint environment, including content, site structure, permissions, workflows, forms, and dependencies.
- Define the SharePoint Online target architecture, site structure, navigation approach, templates, branding, and information architecture.
- Lead migration strategy development using ShareGate and standard Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Coordinate technical migration activities, including content movement, permission review, metadata considerations, and read-only transition activities.
- Provide technical guidance to M365 specialists, Power Platform developers, business analysts, and QA resources.
- Identify migration constraints, platform limitations, risks, and items requiring change request treatment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online architecture, SharePoint migrations, ShareGate or similar migration tools, Microsoft 365 services, permissions models, information architecture, site design, and enterprise intranet modernization.
