Data Analyst – Expert
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid – (In office 1 day per week on Mondays)
- Pay Rate: $73.73/hr – $87.03/hr
- Contract Length: 15 Weeks with possibility for extension

Responsibilities:
- Support parallel testing efforts between legacy and new systems
- Analyze and validate data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness across both systems
- Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies, connection issues, and reporting gaps
- Review mapping documents and translate logic into SQL queries to assess data relationships and identify root causes of issues
- Execute queries using query tools to trace data sources and validate outputs
- Document findings, escalate issues, and collaborate with upstream project teams to drive resolution
- Participate in regular meetings to provide insights on data inconsistencies and system behavior
- No reporting distribution at all for this role; it's all analytics.
Must Have Requirements:
- SQL knowledge (8+)
- Understand window functions within SQL
- Understand mapping UAT /ATL
- General reporting experience
Nice to Have:
- BA experience
- Cognos experience
