Pay Rate: $22.00/hour on W2

Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension

Job Overview:
The Mail Center Associate position is responsible for helping in various areas of the client’s Systems Mail Center including handwork, fanning, quality check and sorting responsibilities.
Quality results driven with an eye for detail in a fast paced, high volume work environment is the ideal incumbent for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handwork
- Staple packets.
- Stuff envelopes.
- Organize materials according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Work quickly and accurately.
- Sitting for extended periods.
Fanner
- Assist Insert/Sorter operators at the end of mail machines.
- Perform quality checks on production mail.
- Break down production lines.
- Prepare trays for USPS entry.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Fast-paced, physically demanding work.
- Standing for the full shift.
Meter
- Apply postage using postage meter equipment.
- Perform quality checks before and after processing.
- Ensure compliance with USPS regulations.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Fast-paced, physically demanding work.
- Standing for the full shift.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic understanding of USPS regulations.

- Must be able to bend, turn, twist, and lift.
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
- Must be able to follow operator instructions.
