Senior Business Systems Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON – (Hybrid – Thursday)
- Pay Rate: $89.88/hr – $103.89/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities:
- Issue triage, requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, solution reviews, and support for ongoing enhancements and reporting initiatives
- Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Treasury Risk Management technology portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with Asset Liability Management and Liquidity Risk stakeholders to support the QRM platform, deliver reporting solutions, gather and document requirements, investigate issues, and support ongoing enhancement initiatives.
- This role requires a strong blend of business and technical analysis capabilities, with approximately 50% business-facing stakeholder interaction and 50% collaboration with developers, project managers, and technology teams. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to future Databricks migration and reporting modernisation initiatives.
Must Have Requirement:
- 8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within Banking/Financial Services.
- Experience supporting Treasury Risk Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Asset Liability Management (ALM), or Risk Management functions.
- Experience working with a QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) platform
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience supporting reporting initiatives and reporting solution delivery
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and investigation.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid Agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Databricks experience.
- Reporting architecture or reporting solution design experience.
- Treasury ALM experience.
- Liquidity Risk Management experience.
- Prior experience supporting Capital Markets or Treasury technology teams.
- Previous Big 5 Banking experience.
