Job Description
Our client is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to provide operational support across multiple supply chain functions, including Repairs, AOG (Aircraft on Ground), Stores, and Inventory Planning. This role is designed to reduce backlogs, improve turnaround times, and enhance service levels across the supply chain. Coordinators will be cross-trained to flex between functions based on daily workload priorities, offering broad exposure across the supply chain operation.
Success in this role will directly support operational relief (faster repair order processing, reduced backlogs, improved AOG response) and financial impact (lower late fees, fewer expedite surcharges, and better warranty recovery).

- Process tooling repair orders and calibration requests
- Support shipping/receiving operations and backlog clearance
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Prepare documentation for Dangerous Goods shipments
- Update min/max levels and reorder points in planning systems
- Assist with inventory planning data preparation and UAT activities
- Generate and maintain operational dashboards
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, MCC, Heavy Maintenance) to prioritize material flow
- Source and expedite critical parts for grounded aircraft
- Coordinate urgent shipments and courier arrangements
- Maintain the AOG dashboard and provide real-time updates to MCC
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in aviation supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
