About the Role
Raise Business Solutions Singapore PTE LTD. is hiring an Onsite Recruiter to join our client team based at a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Tampines. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and blue-collar roles — from proactive sourcing through to candidate assessment — working closely with hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates proactively through community networks, local talent channels, and career fairs.
- Screen and assess candidates for manufacturing and blue-collar roles, matching skills and experience to role requirements.
- Coordinate and run candidate assessment sessions (practical and technical evaluations).
- Write up clear, accurate candidate evaluation summaries for hiring managers.
- Keep candidate and requisition records complete and up to date.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for hiring managers on candidate progress.
What You'll Need
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
- Recruitment experience in manufacturing, blue-collar, or high-volume hiring environments.
- A proactive, community-based approach to sourcing — comfortable attending career fairs and building local talent networks.
- Experience recruiting local candidates; exposure to sourcing foreign workers (e.g. from Malaysia) is an advantage.
- Holds (or is able to obtain) the Certificate for Intermediaries (CEI) – comprehensive, as required for employment agency personnel in Singapore.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
